PP HDPE Recycling Washing Line
Our specialized HDPE PP recycling line is designed for reprocessing and cleaning HDPE bottles, pails, barrels, and PP pipes. The process includes bale opening, crushing, continuous washing, and drying using friction washing and a dewatering dryer.
The final flakes, with less than 1% humidity, can be directly used in our plastic granulator to make pellets. Our automated HDPE PP rigid recycling equipment, ranging from 1000kg/h to 3000kg/h capacity, minimizes labor costs.

Key Configurations
HDPE plastic washing recycling machin line is widely used to washing recycling the waste HDPE plastic rigid plastic. Such as plastic milk bottle, shampoo bottle, medicine bottle, PE drinking bottle, plastic basin, plastic bucket, etc. This recycling machine can crushing washing and drying the dirty rigid plastic into clean plastic flakes.
After plastic bottle flakes cleaned, you can make them into pellets/granules with next process, which called plastic pelletizing machine. In addition, you can used the clean flaks directly.
The HDPE pellets/granules or flakes can be used to produce plastic pipe, plastic sheet, plastic board, plastic canister etc.
